A proposed journey is prepared around the information you provide. The proposal may outline the route, daily direction, accommodation level, transportation, guide services, planned experiences, inclusions and estimated investment.

You review the proposal and identify any changes needed before confirmation. Final scope, payment arrangements, booking terms and cancellation conditions should be provided in writing so that the complete engagement is understood before reservations are secured.
